The developer currently advertises a starting price of $5 million for its estate homesites. Price, available homesites, plans and construction timing should be confirmed directly with the developer before any decision.

Sporting Ranch membership is required to purchase. Membership benefits, dues and terms should be verified with the developer and the club; owning a homesite is not the same as owning the sporting property.
