Admirals Cove is one of the few private communities in Jupiter that combines a member club, golf and its own marina. This page is my one-stop guide to the community. It covers what is confirmed by the club itself, what varies home by home, and what I verify before any client buys or sells here.
I am Kyle Camerlinck, broker and owner of Taiter Realty. I was born and raised in Jupiter and I evaluate waterfront property the way an investor would: by the facts that can be verified.
The Club at Admirals Cove describes itself as a private community in Jupiter, Florida, with 45 holes of golf, tennis and pickleball courts, a private marina, dining, wellness facilities and a private boutique hotel (admiralscove.net). The club address is 200 Admirals Cove Boulevard, Jupiter, FL 33477.
According to the club's history page, the first residents moved in during the 1987 to 1988 winter season, the marina and East golf course opened in 1988, and the club transitioned to full member equity ownership in November 1999 (admiralscove.net/About).
Admirals Cove Realty, the community's on-site brokerage, describes four courses designed by Robert von Hagge: the East Course, Golf Village North, Golf Village South and Golf Village West, for 45 championship holes in total (admiralscove.com). Programming, access rules and membership terms are set by the club, so I confirm them directly for each buyer.
If you are comparing private clubs, my Admirals Cove vs. The Bear's Club comparison lays out the verification steps I use, and my Bear's Club guide covers the other side.
For boaters, the marina is the main reason to look here. The club states its marina sits just west of the Intracoastal Waterway, north of Channel Marker 21, about two miles from the Jupiter Inlet and eight miles from the Port of Palm Beach, and lists single and three-phase power plus a fuel dock (admiralscove.net/amenities).
Published vessel limits differ by source. The club's amenities page says the marina can accommodate vessels up to 165 feet, while Admirals Cove Realty describes 63 marina slips for yachts up to 130 feet and more than 500 private docks (admiralscove.com). I treat those as marketing figures and confirm slip size, depth and availability with the marina office for the specific boat.
Private docks behind homes are a separate question. The same realty page states 85 percent of East Side homes are on navigable water, which also means not every home is. My guides to bridge clearances and air draft and dock and boat lift permits explain what I check.
Two homes in the same gate can trade far apart. The water behind the house, dock capacity, exposure, lot position, and condition usually matter more than finishes. I walk through that framework in 5 Factors That Set Jupiter Waterfront Prices.
Before any offer or list price, I review:
I do not post undated prices or inventory counts on this page because they go stale quickly. If you want current numbers, I will send you a dated report of active listings and closed sales in Admirals Cove.

No. Water frontage and dockage vary by home. Admirals Cove Realty states that 85 percent of East Side homes sit on navigable water. I confirm dock dimensions, depth, lift capacity and permits for each specific property.
The club states its marina is about two miles from the Jupiter Inlet and eight miles from the Port of Palm Beach. I still verify the route, depth and any bridge clearances for the specific boat.
Membership categories, obligations and fees are set by the club and can change. Confirm current terms directly with The Club at Admirals Cove before you make an offer. Current requirements: TBD.
Prices change with every sale, so I do not publish a range here. Ask me for a dated report of current listings and recent closed sales from the MLS.
If boating is the reason you are looking, start with the water and the dock, then the house. If you own in Admirals Cove and are thinking about selling, send me your address and I will tell you what current comparable sales support. You can also see all of my Jupiter waterfront guides.
This page is educational and is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not an appraisal. Club and marina details come from the club and Admirals Cove Realty websites as of October 2026 and should be confirmed directly.
