The Islands of Jupiter is a waterfront neighborhood in Jupiter, and like every waterfront area here, two homes on the same street can have very different value because of what is behind them. Before anyone buys or sells here, I want the water access, the dock and the records confirmed for that exact address.
I am Kyle Camerlinck, broker and owner of Taiter Realty. I was born and raised in Jupiter and I focus on waterfront property.
In my experience, the biggest variables are ocean access, bridge clearance on the route out, water depth, dock and lift capacity, and exposure to wakes. I explain each in 5 Factors That Set Jupiter Waterfront Prices and in my guide to Jupiter waterfront homes with no fixed bridges.
I do not publish undated prices or inventory counts on this page. Ask me for a dated report of active listings and closed sales in the neighborhood.
Do not assume it. Water access, the route to the Intracoastal and the Jupiter Inlet, bridge clearance and depth are property-specific and must be verified for each address.
Confirm ownership, permits, dimensions, lift capacity, water depth at low tide and seawall condition, plus any association rules on boat size or use.
Prices change with each sale, so I do not publish a range here. Ask me for a dated report of current listings and closed sales.
Association rules and fees vary by property. Confirm with the association documents for the specific address. Details: TBD.
If you are buying, bring your boat's specs to the first showing. If you are selling, gather your dock permits, survey and seawall records before you list.
If you own a home and are weighing a sale, send me your address and I will give you a property-specific review based on current comparable sales.
